*DING DING DING* Pretty Girl ALERT, Prett Girl ALERT!!! :XD:
Many months ago I posted the sketch phase of this piece and in the following week of posting that sketch I finnished the rest of this piece. Originaly It was supose to be a character redesign but unfortunatly It ended up looking nothing like her and I couldnt think up of an original suit design at the time so I went with some thing generic. A choice that shouldnt be made when you know you can do better. In addition I messed up on the eyes so I simply just slaped a pair of shades on to make up for it. :XD: Inspired by a certain illustration from Evangelion. What ever is going on is left to the interperitation of the viewer... Done in Graphite, Critique heavly apreciated!!!

I believe the silicon creature is just passing by and it saw this lady on the wall, it popped up to say O HAI! XD
Hehehe, jokes aside, I can see which pic you've been inspired from. It's that Rei one, right? :D One thing to say: The junk behind the wall is not so clearly defined. It's kinda a mix of cables and twisted, shredded metal. And oh, the silicon creature's hand doesn't look like a SC hand; more like a radiation zombie one. For reference you can always go back to the first book?

Yes this was inspired by a pic of Rei with her back to a ruin wall. I have the Der Mond Art book that has it! The junk behind the wall is supose to be dark, there isnt much light to show it. And the creature is non Blame! related. Its hand is supose to be burned, bandaged, and swollen.

This is pretty cool work. The way you drew the female is very smooth and the way you did the shading for the background is amazing :dance:

Trust me, it looks alot better in person! She is supose to be an OC of mine whose story I have been developeing little by little over the years. I hope to some day make a manga about her. That is if any one is willing to read a Horror/Sci-Fi manga about a scientist who investigates anomolies. Aside from that I will be re-designing the character.
